Ppvio Terms & Conditions – Complete User Guide

These Terms & Conditions govern all aspects of using the ppvio platform (https://ppvio.ws). By opening an account, placing bets, or using any service on ppvio, you fully agree to these Terms.

Ppvio is a Curaçao gaming-licensed online betting & gaming platform. We are committed to creating a safe, transparent and entertaining environment for users in Bangladesh and other permitted regions.

To open an account on ppvio, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old must be met.
• You may not reside in any country or region where online gaming is legally prohibited.
• Per person One Account Only Approved. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT ৳500 (five hundred taka).
• You may only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such funds may be confiscated.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–10 minutes.

Withdrawal Terms

• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for deposit.
• Processing time is typically 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Ppvio may require additional time for verification in cases of suspicious transactions.

Ppvio regularly offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be read carefully before acceptance.

Welcome Bonus

Newly registered members are eligible for a Welcome Bonus. To claim this bonus, a specified deposit amount must be made and the designated wagering requirements must be met.

Wagering Requirements

• Before withdrawing a bonus, you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times (wagering requirement).
• Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Certain games may count fully or partially toward meeting wagering requirements.

General Bonus Rules

Live Betting

Live Betting odds may change in real-time. If odds change after your bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply.

Event Cancellation or Changes

• If an event is cancelled, stakes for related bets will be refunded.
• In case of postponed events or venue changes, ppvio's specific policies will apply.
• Ppvio uses internationally recognized sources to determine results.

Ppvio believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We are deeply committed to the mental and financial well-being of all our users.

Self-Restriction Features

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Cooling-Off Period:You may temporarily suspend your account from 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request your account be closed temporarily or permanently for the long term.
• Reality Check: You will be reminded periodically about your play time and spending.

Ppvio is required to verify the identity of all users in accordance with international regulations and licensing conditions. This process is called KYC (Know Your Customer).

• Scanned copy/photo of both sides of your National ID (NID) or Passport.
• Recent (within 3 months) utility bill or bank statement (for address verification).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Verification Timeline

Verification typically completes within 24 to 72 hours after document submission. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until KYC is complete.

Ppvio reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Registering with false or incorrect information.
• Operating multiple accounts.

• Exploiting software errors or technical vulnerabilities.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity.

If your account is closed with a valid balance remaining and no violation is proven, the support team will inform you about the refund process.
